Terms of Service

1. The service

WorksheetReady is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to create printable worksheets from the activity type, age, topic and difficulty you choose.

2. Access

You sign in through a link sent to the email used at purchase; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping control of that email account.

The service is intended for adults (teachers, parents, guardians and education professionals).

3. Credits and plans

Starter Access includes 60 credits. The Answer Keys add-on includes 50 more credits and automatic answer keys. Each generated worksheet uses 1 credit; reprinting a worksheet you already created is free. If a generation fails, no credit is used.

Credits do not expire.

The Unlimited Plan lets you create worksheets without using credits for 12 months from purchase, subject to a fair-use limit of 40 worksheets per day.

4. Payment

All offers are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details. Current prices: Starter Access $9, Answer Keys $5 and Unlimited Plan $19.

For the offer shown after purchase, clicking accept charges the same card used for your main purchase. If that isn't possible, you're taken to a new checkout page.

5. Guarantee and refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, by emailing [suporte@seudominio.com].

After a refund, or if you open a dispute with your bank, the credits and benefits from that purchase are removed from your account.

6. Using the worksheets

You may print and use the worksheets you create as many times as you like with your students or children, including in the classroom.

You may not resell or mass-redistribute the worksheets as your own product (for example, selling bundles created with the tool).

7. AI-generated content

Worksheets are created by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. Review each worksheet before using it. The service does not replace professional educational judgment.

Do not enter children's names or personal information in the topic or extra-request fields.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use automation to generate worksheets, try to get around usage limits, share your access with others, or request content unsuitable for children. Access may be suspended in these cases.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions may happen for maintenance or because of third-party failures. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question.
